Terms + Conditions of Pin Drop Membership
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your purchase of a membership of Pin Drop Media Limited (“Pin Drop”) membership. Please read these Terms carefully before completing the purchase of your membership of Pin Drop (“Membership”) as they will form the basis of the contract between you and Pin Drop.

Prices + Information
All prices for Membership are annual payments in £ sterling, including tax where applicable. You can see the benefits provided to Members here:
- Solo Membership is for single person membership
- +One Membership is a single person membership plus an additional names member.
Ordering
Pin Drop will treat each order for Membership (“Order”), which is placed when you click on the “Submit” button after you have agreed to the Terms, as an offer by you to purchase the type of Membership you have selected. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Order and, subject to payment, Pin Drop will supply you with the Membership selected in your Order. Pin Drop will confirm each Order by email and such confirmation will be Pin Drop’s acceptance of the contract.
Payment
You can pay for your Membership by selected debit or credit cards online.
Membership
Membership of Pin Drop shall last for an initial period of one year, and unless otherwise stated or terminated in advance, Membership shall for subsequent periods of one year and you acknowledge that the price for Membership may increase and the terms change.
Your Membership is non-transferable so that only you will be able to use it. In the event of misuse, Pin Drop reserves the right to withdraw your Membership (with payment for Membership being forfeit).
You acknowledge and accept that, on occasion, Pin Drop may change the Membership benefits.
Online Access
While Pin Drop endeavours to ensure that its website is available 24 hours a day, Pin Drop will not be liable if for any reason its website is unavailable in part or whole at any time or for any period. Access to the Pin Drop website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond Pin Drop’s control.
Cancellation Rights
The following terms set out your withdrawal and cancellation rights. They do not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
When you pay for your Membership either online, by phone, by post or in person, we will confirm your Membership straight away and you can start receiving the Membership benefits straight away. If you have purchased your Membership online, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days of receipt of your confirmation email. You must notify Pin Drop of your wish to cancel in writing, either by post or email.
In the event that you wish to cancel the online purchase of your Pin Drop Membership within the 14 day cooling off period, the value of any Membership benefits you have already received will be deducted from any refund due to you and a partial refund given.
Amendments
Pin Drop reserves the right to amend or revise these Terms at any time without notice. Any changes to the Terms apply with immediate effect from the date of publication on the Pin Drop website. By continuing to use the Pin Drop website after any changes are made you accept those changes and they are binding on you.
Limitation of Liability
Pin Drop’s liability to you is limited to refunding the price of the Membership. Pin Drop is not responsible to you to any greater extent and in particular is not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss (including without limitation financial loss such as loss of profit, loss of expenses or otherwise) that you may incur as a consequence of its failure to comply with these Terms. This clause does not operate to exclude or limit Pin Drop’s liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by its negligence or caused by its fraud.
Third Parties
No third party shall have any rights under or in relation to the Terms.
Force Majeure
For the purposes of these Terms, Force Majeure Event means an event beyond the reasonable control of Pin Drop including but not limited to strikes, failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or subcontractors. Pin Drop shall not be liable to you as a result of any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
Severance
If a court or any other competent authority finds that any provision of the Terms (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other Terms shall not be affected.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and the contract of which they form part shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising in relation to the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
