Pin Drop at Wolterton Hall

To celebrate the launch of Wolterton Hall‘s Art and Culture programme, Pin Drop delivered a special one-night special performance in dreamy setting nestled in the Norfolk countryside. Russell Tovey read his own short story, ‘The Kiss’, from Pin Drop anthology of original short stories, ‘A Short Affair‘, selected for his poignant connection to Maggi Hambling’s exhibition at Wolterton Hall of ‘Time’ – a celebration of her 40-year relationship with Tory Lawrence.
Gathered together in the state rooms of Wolterton Hall and hosted by Simon Oldfield, Russell read to a magnificent audience of cultural powerhouses including many of Britain’s greatest artists, actors, curators, thinkers and writers.
